In living our commitment to religious life...

• We are nourished by daily Eucharist and devotion to the Real Presence of Christ in the Blessed Sacrament. 
• We pray in common the liturgy of the hours, morning and evening, to continue the eucharistic worship throughout the day and to foster the common bond uniting all members of the Church in Christ.
• We honor our Blessed Mother under her title of Immaculate Conception and see in her our model in holiness.
• We spend time each day in meditative prayer, reading of Scripture and other spiritual works to lead an ever deepening understanding of the Spirit working in our lives.
